I need a copy of my invoice for my order. How do I get it?

You can find your invoice in your user control panel: Go in File > Preference > My Account

Then in this panel, you will see an invoice section listing all your purchases with a small printer icon on the right. Click on it to download your invoice(s) as a PDF file.

Another alternative is to connect to your account section on our website and download the invoice here.
