To start using Lychee Slicer, you need to create and activate your account. To perform this last step, you have to validate your account by clicking on the link sent to your account email address. However, it may happen that you didn’t receive the email, preventing you to finalize the account activation and then using the application.
- Check first your spam/junk folder. Most of the time, it’s where the email will be found.
- You may have miss-typed your email address. That happens quite a lot! Please contact our technical support to solve the issue.
- For an unknown reason, some internet providers just make the email we send disappear like magic. Nothing we can do… We know some of them and we display a warning when creating the account, but we don’t know all of them. Please contact our technical support to solve the issue, we will manually activate your account.
